I think there should be a place where non-staff people can post those fun backgrounds for other people to use. I know I would do it, because it's fun making backgrounds. And some people don't know how to make backgrounds. Can you make a place for this?

You can do this in the chat boards, then just place a link to the thread in your siggy so people can find them
